Cotignac

The rock
Cotignac is a village of character, one of the most beautiful and typical villages of Provence, built at the foot of a tuff cliff, the rock. Spread over 400m wide and 80m high, it is an amazing sight. In pink hues in the early morning, then golden and ocher, its color varies with the position of the sun … The shadows of gigantic stalactites highlight the deep crevices of this immense wall. On summer nights, enlightened, it serves as stage for the famous Rock Festival of Cotignac.
The cours
At the heart of Cotignac, commercial and cultural activity is concentrated on and around the Cours Gambetta (here, we pronounce the “s”), the pedestrian artery lined with multiple bars and restaurants in the shade of old plane trees. quieter, the visit of the medieval village through its narrow streets is most picturesque.

l'huile d'olive Marie

During your visit, you will be able to taste our oil Marie of the property, extra virgin, resulting only from the matured olives of the Radassière and elaborated only by cold pressure. The south facing and terraced olive grove and traditional cultivation allow us to get everything that the olives have captured in a golden oil, fruity, sweet and natural. In recent years, we decided to no longer use chemicals or pesticides on the entire property. Our oils are on sale at the estate.
